Tanner Mitchell D.D.S. Dr. Tanner Mitchell is the owner and only dentist of our practice. Dr. Mitchell grew up in Greenwood, Indiana. He earned his undergraduate degree from Purdue University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Indiana University School of Dentistry. He is committed to providing dentistry that is personal and relationship driven. His approach to Dentistry: treat every patient like family, take the time to listen, and provide care that supports long-term oral health.

Clinically, Dr. Mitchell provides a full range of dental care with particular interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, including smile improvements that look natural and feel comfortable. His belief is that dental treatment should enhance health first, while also helping patients feel confident in their smile. He enjoys being a familiar, dependable part of patients' lives.

When he's not in the office, Dr. Mitchell's greatest joy is his family. Faith and family shaped his life. He and his wonderful wife Madison are parents to twin boys, Calum and Declan, and their Golden Retriever Murphy.

Carol-Business Assistant
Carol graduated from Aristotle Medical/Dental College in 1992. She brings over 33 years of dental experience to North Park Dentistry. Twenty-five of those years in periodontal & oral surgery. During that time she was a Continuing Dental Education Coordinator, Office Manager, & Ambassador. In addition, for thirteen of those years she held the role as Executive Director of South-Central Dental Society, a component of the Indiana Dental Association. Carol has a passion for all aspects of dentistry and patient care. She is proud to be one of the first faces you see when you enter North Park Dentistry!

Carol and her husband Troy have been married for 28 years. They have a wonderful son & beautiful daughter-in-law

Shayley-Dental Assistant
Shayley is a Columbus North graduate, attended the University of Southern Indiana and is an Ivy Tech trained dental assistant with her radiology license, coronal polishing and fluoride certifications. She has been assisting for over 12 years and with North Park Dentistry for 8 of those years. She is very passionate about caring for our patients from making them feel comfortable with procedures to educating them about their treatment plans. She loves working in general dentistry where she can watch our patients' families grow. Not only does she care deeply about our patients, she also considers our amazing team family!

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with friends & family, going to concerts, and soaking up the sunshine!

Shayley has a beautiful wife and 2 absolutely beautiful daughters

Ashley-Licensed Dental Hygienist Ashley graduated from Indiana University Dental School in 2005. She received her degree and immediately started working at North Park Dentistry. Ashley is consistently continuing her education in the dental field and has her Local Anesthesia License. She is a foundation of our practice and cares deeply about our patients and team!

Outside of dentistry, Ashley enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys watching movies, running, lifting weights, kayaking, paddle boarding, and competing. One of her favorite things is to watch her kids play sports.

Ashley has been married to her husband Ron for 19 years. They have two beautiful daughters

Kierra-Dental Assistant Kierra graduated from Franklin Dental Assistant School in February 2019 and began working for North Park Dentistry in April that same year. She is radiology certified and has her coronal polishing and fluoride certifications. Kierra is passionate about helping people feel cared for, not only in the dental chair but also everyday life. She builds our dental team up daily through her caring and kindness!

Outside of the office, Kierra enjoys catching special moments through photography, spending quality time with her family, attending church and special church events, & sipping on her favorite boosted teas!

Kierra is a proud wife and mother of two sweet & beautiful little ones

Scarlett-Registered Dental Hygienist Scarlett brings over 30 years of experience to our team. She graduated from dental hygiene school in Lexington KY and spent 25 of those years in private practice. She was a clinical instructor for three years before relocating to Indiana.

Scarlett is originally from Whitesburg Kentucky; she moved to Indiana after reconnecting and marrying her teenage sweetheart in 2021. She became a member of the NPD team family shortly after. She loves building relationships with our patients who often turn into lifelong friends

When she's outside of the practice she loves, hiking, boating, and spending quality time with family
